Oksana BEREZNYCKA- Former Principal at the School of Ukrainian Studies "Ridna Shkola
The Ukrainian American Community of Buffalo and Western New York mourns the loss of Mrs. Oksana M. BEREZNYCKA who died on November 2, 2009. Oksana was a Lifelong Leader, Counselor and Teacher in numerous Ukrainian Civic organizations, including Plast Scouting, the Ukrainian Patriarchal Society, and UCCA Relief Organizations. She was a former Principal of Ukrainian Ridna Shkola, and a devout member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church. More then a hundred people came to her funeral on Saturday, Nov.7th to say goodbyе to a real Ukrainian patriot. Нехай з Богом спочиває. Вічна її Память!
